You wouldn't choose a child care provider based solely on price, so why would you choose your pet care provider that way?
In these financially difficult times, we're all trying to cut down on expenses. However, not all pet care is created equal. When it comes to petsitting and dog walking, you really do get what you pay for. Even if you don't choose Happy Hound Pet Care, please be sure your petsitter or dog walker is bonded and insured. Keep in mind that there is no regulation of this industry, so anyone claiming to be "licensed" simply made that up - licensing does not exist!
We at Happy Hound Pet Care are much more than animal lovers and pet owners: we are also pet care experts who have experience working with many different breeds and temperaments. Even though we're a tiny company (four of us in all), our clients voted us into Washingtonian Magazine's 2011 Guide to Best Pet Care.
Happy Hound Pet Care is a member of the National Association of Professional Petsitters (NAPPS), the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) and Mid-Atlantic Professional, Positive Pet Trainers (MAPPPT). We are also Red Cross Pet First Aid certified, so you can be sure we can handle whatever comes up.
